  • Tips To Longevity Of Life (A MUST READ)
  • Like they use to say HEALTH is WEALTH. Let it be known that the last is as vital and important as the first five. Though one may say it could be difficult to maintain this tips, but if you can put in your best effort in terms of active endeavours then you can be sure of living longer.



    1. EDUCATION (Get informed)
    Education is key and power in all aspect of life. Basic Education the one we acquire in secondary is a starting point and most important even though you may not be opportune to enrol into high institution.


    2. EXERCISE
    Playing of outdoor games like football, tennis, early morning jogging to mention but a few all compliments to a healthy living. Workout your body and burn some unit of heat.


    3. RELATIONSHIP (Family & Friends Relationship)
    No man is an island so we need each other in one way or the other to be able to carry on in this earthly existential struggle. Make friends and try to maintain good company. Socialize and have a cordial relationship with your family members both extended and nuclear.


    4. HAVE ENOUGH SLEEP
    At least it is advised to have 8-hours sleep every night to regain your lost energy and enjoy a healthy living.


    5. DRINK ENOUGH WATER
    Always make sure to drink up to 10 cups of water everyday. Drink a cup of water first anytime you want to eat.


    6. TAKE A GLASS OF WINE/RED GRAPE EVERYDAY
    This could be hard but try it helps a lot. If you cannot afford a bottle of wine you are at liberty to substitute it with red grape.


    7. AVOID TOO MUCH FOOD
    For the glutton and heavy down loaders this habit of consuming much quantity of food can result to too many health related weakness of the body and pot belly. Eat to have something in your stomach and not to over full.


    8. AVOID SMOKING
    Cigarette kills millions every year from either cancer of the lungs, heart failure or liver disease.




    9. AVOID STRESS
    Give your body a well deserved rest at all times and cease from working yourself to death. Avoid stress to stay healthy and refreshed.


    10. AVOID TAKING ALCOHOL
    Consuming of alcoholic drinks can do damages to a human system, so stop, quit!


    11.PHOBIA (Fear)
    Fear kills faster than sickness. Please try to reduce your fear factor for the righteous is as brave as the lion says the Holy Scripture.


    12. REGULAR CHECKUP
    Have a routine checkup with your doctor at least two times in a year.


    13. LOOK VERY WELL BEFORE YOU CROSS MAIN ROAD
    This is not only for children it's also applicable to adult. Overthinking while walking on the road can make one to negotiate the main road without looking right and left or up and down.


    14. DRIVE CAREFULLY
    Your life is too precious please don't waste it on the road. Do not drive when you are drunk and if you must answer a phone call please clear by the side of the road.


    15. KEEP WORKING AFTER YOUR RETIREMENT
    Even after you retired maybe as a civil servant or self employed you are not advised to remain stagnant at one place. Attach yourself to another thing but it mustn't necessarily be for the money. You can be working for your Community, Church, School, Destitute.


    16. LAUGH/SMILE MORE
    No man is completely dressed unless he wears a smile. A cheerful look makes one acceptable and happiness extends life span. If you can smile often than not then you can be sure of living longer. But if you cannot smile then you can be sure of dying quicker.

    17. HAVE A PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE
    Don't just live without a focused life. What do you want in life? List them down and back it up with actions.
