Genevieve Nnaji just made history with her directorial debut of 'LIONHEART' as Netflix officially acquires the rights and it is the first Netflix original film from Nigeria.
On Friday, September 7, 2018 Netflix announced it had bought over the worldwide rights to 'LIONHEART' even before it was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
January 4, 2019 'LIONHEART' was officially released on Netflix.
