President Muhammadu Buhari was on 2nd November, 2018 offered an attestation and confirmation of school cert result from West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) registrar in the state house.
This was made known through the president's Special Adviser on media and publicity via Twitter and the statement reads:
“WAEC presents attestation certificate and confirmation of school cert result to President Buhari. What will the naysayers say next?"
