The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has made an open threat to cause mayhem if President Buhari dares to set foot in Enugu come December 22nd, 2016.
The IPOB members who are demanding for the quick release of their leader, Maazi Nnamdi Kanu in a statement issued a strong warning and planned to go on a peaceful protest against Buhari's visit to Enugu.
