Nollywood famous actor and barrister, Kenneth Okonkwo popularly known as N.D Okeke have come out to debunk the reports making rounds that he is the counsel to the leader of IPOB, Maazi Nnamdi Kanu.
On Tuesday 8 November, 2016 the IPOB leader, Maazi Nnamdi Kanu and two arraigned others were in Abuja Federal High Court and ECOWAS court for charges levelled against them by the Federal Government of Nigeria which their case was adjourned till 17th November, 2016 and 9th February, 2017 respectively.
As they were still waiting for the court proceedings, Kenneth Okonkwo was spotted sitting in the front row seat of the Abuja Federal High Court which some Media mistook for Nnamdi Kanu's new counsel.
Kenneth Okonkwo has cleared the air that he was not in any way in the court on that day for the defence of Nnamdi Kanu that they only met by chance.
