Senegalese striker, Demba Ba who sustained a horrible leg injury on Sunday during a Chinese super league was on his hospital bed said that he will not quit his football career after injury.
The Ex-Chelsea striker who is now playing for Shanghai Shenhua made this assurance following a career threatening broken leg and some speculations that he will retire after treatment.
"This is a really bad injury but I can overcome it. I won't call time on my career, that's for sure," Demba Ba said.
Demba Ba joined the Shanghai Shenhua last July at about £12 million, and since then he has scored up to 14 goals in 18 games in the Chinese Super League.
